Rating

As a firm we have extensive experience of advising occupiers of all types of commercial and industrial properties in connection with rating assessments and to ensure liabilities in respect of rates and water/sewerage charges are minimised.

These negotiations are dealt with by qualified experts with in-depth knowledge of the Non Domestic Rating System to ensure that clients benefit from any available remission of payment or reductions under the transitional relief arrangements.

Rent Reviews

The majority of leases include a provision to allow for rent reviews to take place.
